I’ve been in the hospital since September and I’ve learned quite a few things. One is how important focus is for me. What to focus on. How to focus more efficiently. How to maintain my focus. Nothing was more important to me though than to focus on my belief that I would do all I can to take a step forward. It’s working slowly but surely. Here is an affirmation I say many times a day. It helps me. I hope it might help you in your life too.
